All formulas are available in 2.5 pound tubs and are hard frozen as they are manufactured. They are flown into Portland International Airport and picked up the same day they arrive. Feline's Pride is packaged in freezer packs in ice and are returned to the freezer same day they leave from Feline's Pride in New York!
